Special Liquor Order (SLO) is a service which enables the PLCB (Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board) customer to place orders for products not regularly stocked in Wine and Spirit shops.  Any commercially available wine or spirit from around the world can be obtained through SLO. Currently  over 11,000 wines and spirits are in the SLO system.
